This is what my Social Psychology professor deems worthy of extra credit. I get a whole 5 points if I can adequately violate a social norm and live to tell the tale. I wish I could write this off to Harry, who violates a social norm on a daily basis, usually on purpose. The theme of this blog is BRAZENNESS so I guess I should be a little more BRAZEN and scream BRING IT ON.
bring it on.
Some examples my professor gave us of fellow BRAZEN students:
1. Going to the Cougereat and asking a stranger for a bite of the food
2. Talking to the person in the bathroom stall next to you
3. Two members of the same sex holding hands on campus (pretty taboo on BYU campus)
4. Going to the grocery store and taking something from another person's cart and saying, "I was just looking for that," then walking off
5. Asking for the number of a person already on a date
6. Refusing to shake hands with everyone at church
7. Sitting extra close to a person when there are plenty of other spaces available
Due to some stupidly BRAZEN people, we have ground rules:
1. Don't violate the Honor Code
2. Don't do it at church
3. Don't hurt the professor or his family
4. Don't get arrested
Other than the aforementioned, everything else is fair game. Suggestions?!??!?

let me guess, "brazen" is the theme of the blog. or should i say "BRAZEN"
that's not a suggestion, harry. try again.
ah ha! found it. ok. i will now leave a comment.
oh, guess I already said something. ^^
You could try going around asking for candy on a night that is not Halloween.
Your professor is offering extra credit for making people uncomfortable? Yikes! You should try to make it a positive uncomfortable.
Like complementing a married person. Don't pursue them or anything but a complement can make them feel good and is taboo at BYU. Actually, complementing anyone is a great way to be brave.
My friend Heather would tell you to breastfeed in a public place, but I don't think that's an option for you.
