my mom watches the same thing. i remember when i was a kid, i would try to talk to her during her shows, and she would always shhhhh me... i learned to never bother her during chinese shows.
btw, since my mom has been "visiting" me for the past couple months, i've eating duck 5 times. that's a lot of donalds!
